Math - For Monday May 1st Complete "On Your Own" 1 and 2.

Social Studies - Review material read in class up to page 119.

Students may have replenish supplies for the final months of the school year. Please ask your child if they need additional paper or pencils, rulers and erasers. Thanks.

Language Arts - Reminder that the students need their library books for tomorrow. Spelling Unit and test are on for tomorrow. Students had work time to finish this up today.

Math - no homework this evening. Students received their last test back today so you may want to go over it with them.

Please make sure all things go home tomorrow as school will be closed for the Easter break starting Friday. Make sure to take home lunches and have a look through lost and found for things that belong to you.

Language Arts - I've been way and the students have a short time to do a spelling unit. See below.
We had a great time today telling our Greek Legend to the grade 2s and 3s. Hope they all are able to sleep well after the great stories told by the class. Way to go kids!!

Language Arts - Students are to continue to work on their retelling of the story from their Cornertsones book.

Math - Test tomorrow! Go over review questions we covered in class today.

April 4

Language arts - Today we correct spelling and worked more on our retelling of stories. Students were able to self check their retelling according to the rubric.

Math - Home work was corrected and students are to complete questions 1-6 on page 122 for Wednesday.

April 3

Language Arts - Students should be working on planning their retelling of the story "Bellerophon and the Flying Horse". They may want you parents to listen to their versions of the tales.

Math 5 We corrected work completed last week. Students will be completing practice worksheets 115- 117 in preparation for a test this Thursday April 6. As well for Wednesday they can finish the "Skill Bank" on page 222 of their textbook.
